Advertising Tools Terms of Service

These terms apply to the internal advertising tools of Lodinos Pty Ltd, trading as TwinklingTree (“TwinklingTree”, “we”, “us”): Creative OS, the Performance Creative System, the uploader (our service for sending approved ads to Meta), our internal reporting dashboards, scripts and team chat bots, and the Meta app “Performance Marketing Software” (Meta App ID 987749283702043). They do not apply to our online store. For that, please see our Terms of Service.

1. Internal use only

These tools are for internal business use. Only TwinklingTree staff and contractors we have authorised may use them, and only to manage TwinklingTree’s own advertising. They are not available to the public or to other businesses.

2. Accounts and security

  • Keep your login details confidential, and use two-factor authentication wherever it is offered.
  • Do not share your access, or any access token or app secret, with anyone.
  • Tell us immediately at support@twinklingtree.com if you think your access has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

When using these tools, you must:

  • comply with Meta’s Terms of Service, Advertising Standards, Platform Terms and Developer Policies, and with all applicable laws, including consumer protection laws;
  • only publish claims that are true and can be backed up, including prices, discounts, stock levels, reviews and product descriptions;
  • follow our internal approval process before any ad is sent to Meta;
  • create or change ads in Meta only in Ads Manager or through our uploader, never with scripts, copied access tokens or AI assistants;
  • not try to get around Meta’s limits, review processes or enforcement; and
  • not use the tools for anything other than TwinklingTree’s own advertising.

4. Data

Data handled through these tools is processed as described in our Advertising Tools Privacy Policy.

5. Suspension

We may suspend or remove access to these tools at any time, including to protect our accounts or to meet Meta’s requirements.

6. No warranty

The tools are provided “as is” for internal business use. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about them.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Questions: support@twinklingtree.com.
